I just put my newly valve jobbed head on my car, and I need to adjust the valves. What is the proper clearance, and what tools are necessary? I don't have a dial indicator, so is there anything else

When ever I engage my j-type overdrive, there is a smell of gear oil. Why would oil be squirting out? It falls right on the exhaust, and it makes it look liek my car is on fire, and that smell is awf

I was inquiring about the prices for front shock for a spitfire today at the local supply shops. NAPA had the best price. $44 for a pair. Has anyone gotten these before? Are NAPA parts good quality?
