My Mk2 is a 1147 with AN needles and yes it is a bit rough when idle specially when hot. It looks like it will stop but it doesn't. I suspect there is to much heat. I want to built a heat shield. 90

There is a "bit" more stuff to look after. The best choice is to find a complete set. This way you get everything. It is also cheaper even if the overdrive is not working. I learned it the hard way.
