- another question ??? I've got a 4-1/2" grinder that I use for everything... shaping, weld clean up, wire brushing etc... what advantage would I gain with a big ole honkin 7" grinder, other than sore

- My vote is sore arms. I've got both. I _rarely_ use the 7" grinder, just because its tiring to do so. You'll get more power from it, more grinding without changing the disc (I expect anyway), etc. I

- I have a couple of 4.5" grinders and love them. The 7" grinders, especially the high RPM models (8000+ RPM), can really remove lots of metal quickly. Mark V.S. another question ??? I've got a 4-1/2"
