- Help: What is a good way to cut plastic about 1/16' thick. I have used a saber saw with knife blade and sometimes it still splinters. always, it melts a little and wants to fuse back together. Chuck

- A table saw works, and you can also buy a cutter that is about the size of EXACTO knife. They are available at home improvement stores. They are often used to cut plastic that fits in to ceiling grid
