The only solution that maintains the original style is the 54-551st column. It had a little different looking steering wheel than the 49, but it also has an original collar that fit behind the steeri

i used one from an 86 Chevy Astro van (minivan), it fits well but does not have a shift indicator on the column. those vans did not offer an OD trans and only have the PRND12 indicators, not the PRND
