You guys that are using .55 to mail a newsletter should look at bulk mail. It does cost $75 a year for a permit, and you do have to mail it from the same post office (in fact it is $75 extra to move

One of the best features of bulk mail is that you put the bulk mail notation on the items before it is printed, you give the post office money, and they mail it. Is the imprint available for regular

It isn't necessary to get a bulk mail stamp. I have it printed (copied) on the newsletter when it is printed. I have a file that I put at the end of each newsletter that includes the return address (
