- Actually, for photocopied newsletters I can get away with scanning at 100dpi saving further space. I use a 72 dot screen, and pics come out OK on the photcopied newsletters. 72 dpi is quite good enou

- I use whatever comes in handy at the time. Having said that, most of my newsletters are done using Ventura v.5.0. I find Ventura the easiest to use as it was the first desktop publishing application
