I have our Plus 8 in a car show this weekend and last nite, during set-up, I was asked if the Morgans ever had dual gasoline tanks as did the Jaguars from the 1930's. I personally do not know, cannot

Snip fitted, but there isn't much said about twin fillers. In racing practice back in the '30s they were normally provided for filling either side and providing a large vent, to enable fast filling-

The dual fillers on the +8 are specifically there so as to allow the tank to breathe when refuelling. There have never been dual tanks. -- Martin Kurrein - The older I get the faster I was. mograces@
