What tire pressure are you running? The owner's manual and the shop manual of the +4 recommend 16-18 punds, which sounds rather low to me. I wonder if tire pressure makes a difference on the wheel v

Armando, I know. I have a hard time thinking of 16#. I had the tires at about 18-20#. Don't know if there is a difference in pressure for the radials. I ran about the same amount of air in them 18-2

Does anyone REALLY know why the Factory recommended such low pressures on the +4? Was it for balanced handling? Ride comfort? I know that the steering effort is very high at those low pressures! I us

The low tyre (tire) pressures are almost certainly for ride comfort. With a set of decent shock absorbers on the rear you can run 30psi pressure and still have reasonable ride (for a Morgan that is).

I run my 1992 plus4 at about 18PSI on 195/60 radials and have been covering about 8000 miles a year. It needs a higher pressure when the back seats are used and a couple of times I have left it high
