I read something about this somewhere, but I'll be damned if I can find it again. Anyway, there are some wires that have been cut in the B and are currently connected with a "pigtail" splice and wrap

Just in case anyone else is interested... Take the two wires to be spliced and lay them together, so they form a single straight line (Check out the art!). The pigtail would have the wires lying side

To be even more 'right' get some solder on the connection. RS used to sell some 'solder tape' that would make this possible even without tools or skill -- just wrap the splice in the foily stuff and
