- In my 71 BGT I get a deafening vibration at 60 mph. it is quiet at 55 and goes away at 70+ any suggestions as to what might cause this??

- If its vibration, it may be the tire(s). Try having them balanced and see if that decreases the vibration. David 67 BGT 71 BGT

- Not to mention aligned. A front end alignment works wonders. Vibrations in the range of 50 to 70mph are very often due to a needed front end alignment. Costs $38 to $50 depending on where you are.

- Along the same lines check to make sure that the driveshaft yokes are aligned with each other. I had a similar problem that was caused by this. Jeff
