- Dear list, My HS4's still have the USA spec butterflies with a spring loaded valve. Could this be one of the causes the engine does not run well still? It vibrates around 2000 RPM When cold sometimes

- Hi Charley, Cutting out electrics reminds me of my moped in the 70's. It worked the same while temp. puhing the "out" button swith. Point is, how come the electrics don't fail @ all furtheron on this
