- I have a 78' MGB with the rubber bumpers. The bumpers are in pretty good shape considering their age, but could use a little "cosmetic boost". Does anyone have a suggestion as to what to use to treat

- DO NOT use Armor All. It will eventually crack the rubber from what I understand. STP makes something the name of which I cant recall at the moment which is much better. You might want to try paste s

- I have sprayed a few of the "big knockers" '74-1/2 rubber over-riders and a pair of full rubber bumpers with flat black paint. Rustoleum right out of the 1-qt can works in my gun, but you can thin it

- I don't think paste shoe polish is water resistant. My shoes look pretty bad they get wet. Jim
