- I have my VIN (NIV) number as GHDSUA 193394G fo my 1970 MGB GT but my cert of ownership shows RIN (NIC) as R6022-07503 etc. Is the latter the commission number? And where do you attach it? Regards Ba

- It's GHD5, not 'GHDS'. The 2nd number (R6022-07503) is nothing like anything in Clausager. Commission numbers were G23N (for a roadster) nnnn P or Z, body numbers were MGBU nnnn.
