- Filters only work if you know what you're filtering against. There are programs you can buy, also service providers will often offer a feature to filter. These are probably more accurate. Talk to you

- Barrie Robinson SEZ - "demime" will convert incoming mail messages to plaintext. I've not set it up yet on our depratmental mail server, but I'm planning on doing so. Lots of mailing lists use it. --

- First you can turn off the html (highly recommended). This is under Tools-Options-Viewing Email. Uncheck the box that says "use Microsoft's viewer", meaning use Internet Explorer to display message
