There should be no copper washers used in a B. Most cars use a banjo fitting to connect the brake hose to the caliper and require a copper washer on each side of the fitting. MG's use s system where

Where on earth did you get that idea, Maynard? It's about as wrong as wrong could be. All three hydraulic hoses on an MGB have copper washers (four, if one counts the clutch hose.) The front hoses at

On a B the end of the hose that goes to the brake caliper is sealed with a copper crush washer. When installing the brake calipers you will need one crush washer per side of vehicle. Nice of them to

FWIW, I have SPAX shocks on all four corners of my car, on the fronts they included new hoses. The hoses use a banjo bolt for the front calliper, therefore requires two crush washers per side. My kit
