Hot wire the ignition circuit to see if the switch, wiring or a fuse is bad. You'll have to disconnect the hot wire to kill the engine. On a 64 B with it's original possitive ground, run a wire from

Check you have 12v on the coil +ve/SW with the ignition on. Check you have 12v on the coil -ve/CB with the points open and 0v (ground) with them closed. Make sure the points are opening and closing w
