Can't say for certain that it's an MGB lug wrench, but it looks identical to the one that came with the '70 Mustang I had. Clausager's book shows a lug wrench with plain round handle and fixed socket

looks like the one that was with my dodge caravan... Didn't work real well... I bought one of the ones that looks like an X and has a different size on each end. Worked much better. -- Andrew Lundgre
