- Barney's right (as usual) on this one. I have also had two failed copper head gaskets and replaced them with a good composite gasket. I was advised by Dave Clark of Sports Car Services to do so. Safe

- I recently installed a copper gasket in my Midget. Well,... I don't believe it's one thick piece of copper or anything, It looked and felt more like thin copper sheets on both sides of a fiber gasket
