- I'm taking my B's cylinder head into a machine shop to have a broken rocker stud removed. (Just in case anybody else didn't know, the rocker studs and the head studs do NOT have the same torque specs

- Well ... determining the piston dish and the combustion chamber size (head could have already been machined) is the key. Assuming a +.030 overbore ... Bore 3.19" Stroke 3.5" Radius 1.595" Chamber Vo

- I think that the upper limit is 10.5:1, 11:1 if you polish the chambers. Shoot for 9.5:1 to 10:1. The book "Auto Math Handbook" by John Lawlor is good with the equations for figureing out stuff like
