- Steve, Let the head tell you what it wants. Take it off, ..take it to a good automotive machine shop..let them inspect it and then fix Anything that is not in spec..they will look at the valve spring

- I have driven my "herd" of MG-B' All year round in Colorado for over 10 years..The heaters are augmented by "lap rugs". These LBC B' are suited to year round use..if the driver is..no salt on roads
