The chome nuts on the wiper wheelboxes won't come of on my '71 B. Two won't turn without extreme prejudice. The third is turning but not coming off. Seems the sleeve it is threaded on to is spinning.

When I use the stripper wheels I try to keep it moving and use light pressure so it won't heat the undercoat too much. When the bulk of the schmegma is removed I switch to kerosene for clean up. It
