My machinists says it's a fairly easy repair. He drills a hole and puts a plug in then makes a chain if the crack is bigger then the one drill hole. I saw the cracks and they are about 1 to 3 inches

I changed the head light switch on my 69 MGC Roadster today and discovered the original had 4 wires attached to it, 1- red 2- blue 3- brown 4- purple. The problem is the replacement switch only has
