I have a 66B with a leaky fuel pump. It is an after market pump and is made of plastic. It works great,but has a leak in the inlet side. The plastic has a slight crack in the top part of the threads,

Try reversing the arms from left to right and vice versa. If i understand your problem, this hole is off centered for the sway bar hole . I had this problem when i was rebuilding the front suspension
