Bob, I'm not one for technical, but your pressure is too low. Leaks aren't the cause. I would at a minimum replace the oil pump and rod bearings. I assume the pressure gage is all right, they usually

makes a product called Ditzol? a cleaner, sovent, that I use all the time to remove over spray, even on paint. I don't know if it will work on 20 year old overspray. Mike
