Hello Nory On my "B" i do use the spray copper filler on both sides of the head gasket. I also use aircraft style studs so thay wont stretch as much as stock ones. These studs can be used over again

Hello John John don't use locktight on your rod bolts or main caps the only thing you should use on these are oil or antisze coumpound. locktight will make your torque readings off causing rod bolt s

Sorry didnt mean to confuse averybody in the old days we used to by higher strength studs and bolts from the aircraft supply. You can get stud kits from moss i think. I use ARP studs but i get them f
