It varies. Most put the cut off switch on the cowell where it is easily available from the outside. Fire extinguishers are placed in various spots. Mine is bolted to the floor directly under my legs

Actually SU carbies are designed to run on 3.5 PSI. There is one available in the 1 to 3.5 PSI range. I always use an SU, but I have one of these little jewels wired and plumbed in case of pump failu
