- You could have a small leak in the radiator or the heater core. Pressure testing is a double edged sword- a small leak blows and becomes a big one - but you will certainly find the problem. Brian Cor

- If the brakes seem to be working properly except fot the clunk, I'd suggest you put the car up on jackstands. Now grab the wheel ant try to move it front to back. Any wiggle? Check the A-arm bushing
