Does anyone know if there is a danger to sandblast the exterior of the gas tank? I have removed the tank and want to paint it, but it needs cleaning and blasting. Any advice would be appreciated. Tha

Well, there is always some danger fooling around w/ used gas tanks. Sandblasting can produce sparks and that can be a problem. If you've had your tank "boiled" out, you will be in better shape but no
