Just did and still no leaks. Wisdom so far is that it still may be the carbon seal and I ain't taking any chances. Maybe it's time to replace the core plugs and flush the system while I'm at it? -Sco

My fan is nice and tight too. I'm ordering a new pump today as after I took the pulley off the coolant does appear to be coming from the relief hole in the bottom. If you find someone that re-builds
