I've been sitting here making good use of my lunch hour looking at SBD dimensions and have come up with a question. The weakling of all SBCs had to be the 262 that was made during the mid-seventies.

Dick, They are all thin wall castings. Anything over .030 is not going to hold up very well. That only gives you 267 CID. Hard to get any valve size into that small of a bore also. Doug Odom in big d
