- Get a gear motor on ebay to drive your bead roller . Chain drive from gear motor to bead roller would let you pick the right speed and rig up a foot switch . John Burk joyseydevil@comcast.net

- Conversion kits are available. It's 110 volt motor that has about a 325 to 350 to 1 reduction and probably pulls 10 amps. You could probably make one yourself for much less. http://www.irvansmith.com
