I am wanting to make a turbo manifold for our motorcycle. It will be out of aluminum. What type or grade of aluminum is acceptable? Does anybody know what type of aluminum the fuel injection "bungs"

Of the weldable grades of aluminum, the most common is 6061, a fairly high strength grade in T-6; 5052 is a good general-purpose alloy, and 3003 is very easy to form shapes with. With the right rod,

My welder connects these as an everyday thing. I make most of the parts out of 6061 T6 and all the sheet metal parts out of either 3003 for spinings for air horns or 5052 H32 for a plenum.. No I don'
