- I just picked up some new (to me) competition headers for my SBC. They have a 1/2 bung on top of each collector, with what looks like an anti-reversion valve similar to a pcv valve mounted. I've seen

- I think it is for crankcase evacuation, and the valve thingys should look like the ones on an air injection pipe going into a stock manifold. They are just check valves to keep exhaust gas from going
