283 and 327's have an oil breather at the back of the block next to the distributor.....350's don't. They also had the oil filler in the intake, not the valve covers. Or you could look up the number

Right on the money...go with a 220V, check the HP and amp rating on the motor itself. As for cfm, look for the highest numbers you can find, like 15 cfm or above at 100-125 psi. As for made in USA,

Doug, you might talk to an electrician or lighting store about high output florescent fixtures.....these things put out about twice the light as regular ones. cost a little more, but worth it I think
