- This item is usually sold as part of the head gasket set for the 100 motor. It is simply a Cork O ring, you might be able to cut one to fit. I believe ahead 4 healeys in the UK may sell this O ring

- If the only purpose of the gland is sealing the manifold from vacuum leaks wouldn't careful cleaning of the mating surfaces and application of a suitable gasket sealant--hi temp silicone for instance
