- Check with some of the garage equipment suppliers. There are lifts used in tire stores that are made to go waist high for tire/wheel servicing. Probably just what you're looking for & not terribly ex

- Yup, there's that. I run the SCCA vintage class fairly often, usually there's good racing to be had. Nearly anything qualifies--they even took my cheater TR3, which has about as much to do with a TR3
