It sounds to me like compression gasses are pressurizing your crankcase. So there may be an issue like a crack or casting flaw with your head or a poor sealing head gasket. Mike Sent from my iPhone A

I guess I'll chime in. We tow with a 2010 GMC 3500 conversion van with a 6L and 6 speed auto/manual and 3:42 diff. It is pretty heavy with the handicap ramp and equipment but gets 17 mpg hwy and 11 t
