What Bosch book are you gleaning for such useful information? Steve Smith FWIW The Bosch book shows alternator speeds above 10,000 RPM. Output however flattens out around 5000. Above about 5-6000 RP

I've noticed the same thing, I think all the bearings in the world now are made by a back alley shop in calcutta. THE SAME SHOP. having said that, I've used both the King and County bearings interch
