Try having someone block the end of the exhaust pipe when the engine is running, then listen under the car for exhaust noise. You might have someone else rev the engine a bit to see if that adds nois

Could be a backing plate for the brake bent and causes the noise. FWIW, it's almost impossible to diagnose a noise problem w/o hearing it in person. If in doubt bring it to a mechanic. Mike tracked O
