I did a double head gasket on an R16 that had been shaved too much. The power seemed down a little bit but it seemed to work fine. It only has a couple thousand miles since I put it together so I don

I would use Coppercoat to bond the 2 head gaskets together as well as to the head and block to make sure there are no leaks. I would also turn the engine over by hand to make sure there is no contact
