- Usually the door hindges are bent. (Do not lean on the door when it is open) They can be straightened. I have done several with good results. Haven't seen worn out pins so far, but I suppose it could

- I agree most are bent but I have several that are just worn out from lack of lubrication and have plenty of play in them. FWIW, all Roadster hinges are the same. Mike open) seen E-mail problem pin? /

- Mike Young showed me something I never knew - the hinges should be lubricated occasionally. There are small holes in the hinges and there are special grease guns that can shoot grease into these hole
