Hi Matt, My husband has a '68 MGB. Displacement is 1800 (I think). Even when it had the Weber on it, I don't think it "had the snot" of my '69 2000, but, of course, I'm not prejudiced at all! Karen D

Well, either his MGB was built to the hilt, or else his 2000 was running like crap, because an MGB made about 92 hp from about 1750cc on a good day, which makes it roughly equivalent to a stock 1600.
