- My old stuff says 80mm 3.150. 3.1492 on the pistons. Yes, the oversize thrusts are an issue, but only with oversize bearing sets. (never seen one with a standard set) Some bearing manufacturers make

- Bingo... when the crank needs to be turned, I always drop off the crank bearings with the crank and block. If a crank is in good shape, and everything measures correctly, no problem fitting bearings
