Does anyone know the length of wire I need to build a positive battery cable. I will also build a negative cable with the same wire. I did not get a positive cable with my car and plan on buying some

If you have the time, you might also check the salvage yards for welding cable. They sell it by the pound. I used #0 cable for mine, since I was putting the battery in the trunk. Gordon Glasgow Rento

I just bought a pre-made 4-gauge cable from Schucks (one of my local auto parts chains). No need to fabricate anything. Don't remember the length....might have been 40, 42 or 48 inches. Pete ________
