- I once heard of the use of Chevy rods in a Roadster racing engine. Has anyone else heard of this, or better yet done it or know someone that has? I'm looking at doing something like this for my vinta

- Not sure about the rods but I do remember something about using chevy rod bolts with minor mods to the datsun rod. Yep - I think you're right - "Bear" mentioned that also. Tom _______________________

- The U20 rods and Chevy L88 rods for the hipo 427BB look like two peas in a pod. They are strikingly similar but not dimensionally the same. When I saw them side by side many years back it shocked me.
