It may be worth checking the top differential mountings, if you can see them, could be broken. This would be noticeable in the lower gears due to the higher torque. Malcolm Scott

The camshaft bearing cap bolts of a twink require only 9 lbs.ft and the cylinder head bolts 65. I think any chrome moly steel wrenches are OK but avoid crome plated ones as they tear your skin when t
