There have been many discussions on the MG list regards dual point vs stock dizzys. The consensus seemed to be that little was actually gained by going to the dual point. Most comparisons are unfair

IMHO the Rover with vac advance and the luminition would be better in a mildly cammed road motor. In NZ Lucas caps and Rotors are common as Delco here. But...a new dizzy is a good dizzy. We use a Bui

Simon, Rangie Spares in Melbourne, Australia sell a distributor conversion but they need the old dizzie for the lower drive gear. The replacement dizzie is a Bosch unit from a Holden. I don't know if
