I too have them installed in my E-type (stromberg carbs) and they have caused problems by sticking closed.

You know those needles must be set at an offset. Which is usually set by the piston its in. Do yourself a favor and buy another used part in good condition and throw the old one in the trash. tim

I to have owned one in the past, the problem I had was rust around the fuel filler caps and in the sills. The engine was good went 100,000 with little problem. The transmission tended to "thump" when

I have the side sections of the rear bumper. At least thats what I think they are. If you would like them also I'll sell them cheap. I own a Jaguar and I have no use for them. tim
