Phil, a simple way to check the rev-counter is simply disconnect the cable at the gauge, pull the cable down so you can see the end and start the car, if the cable turns it is most likely going to be

You may want to ask where the Dunlop wheels are made, in the past the new wheels (Dunlop)needed to be trued when you got them NEW, they were not always round, so we switched to Dayton's years ago and
